Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Here we explain which ones we use and how to control them. This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Cookies and storage we use
- Portal session (sb-…-auth-token): keeps you signed in to the client portal. Necessary. Lasts while the session is active.
- Cookie choice (romap_consent): remembers your cookie decision so we don't ask on every visit. Necessary. Lasts 12 months.
- Language and dark mode (browser local storage): remembers your preferences. Only stored if you accept preference cookies.
- UTM campaign parameters (browser session storage): deleted when you close the tab and only sent if you fill in a form.
We do not use advertising, social media or third-party analytics cookies.
2. Do we need your consent?
Colombia has no specific cookie law; Law 1581 of 2012 applies when cookies collect personal data. Cookies strictly necessary to provide the service you request do not require authorization. Even so, we inform you and let you choose preference cookies. If we ever use analytics or advertising cookies, we will not enable them without your prior authorization.
We keep a record of your choice (date, time and options) as proof.
3. How to change your choice
Use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, the portal will not work.
